In the conceptual stage itself it has been known beyond any doubt that the implementation of a QUALITY EDUCATION SYSTEM, where no one has even heard of it, would be difficult & time consuming! Those who never knew QUALITY were its strongest adversaries; they wanted to stick on to whatever they have been doing all these decades - the systematic destruction of the social & youth development with the help of whatever they have with them - THE QUALITYLESS ATTITUDE, MATERIAL, WAY OF TEACHING, THEIR LESS THAN ORDINARY VISION & A MILLION OTHER ROTTEN THINGS!
